Electrical Stimulation Module
The electrical stimulation module is a configurable system designed to provide electrical stimulation capabilities to your experimental set-ups. It is supplied as an independent module and can be used together with the TEB flow culture bioreactors and the TC-3 mechanical stimulation bioreactor. This module is highly versatile and the components can be customized as a function of your particular experimental demands.
Specific software and hardware have been designed to use the module with the TC-3 bioreactor in order to obtain the sycrhonized application of mechanical and electrical stimulation.
TC-3F bioreactor
The TC-3F Bioreactor, with force measurement capabilities, is the natural evolution of the TC-3 bioreactor. Moreover the advantages of the original version, the TC-3F permits the user to measure the force which is applied on the sample for each tension or compression level. Run up to three simultaneous experiments while the force exerted by the material is recorded. The first load system specifically designed for cell culture with force measurement capabilities.
TC-3 bioreactor
The TC-3 Bioreactor has been designed as a simple, easy-to-use system suitable to create cell culture experimental set-ups accounting for user-defined mechanical loading profiles. The needs of researchers who would like to culture cells under mechanical stimuli have been accounted for in the design of the TC-3. It combines the features of a traditional testing machine with the particular demands of cell culture, with special emphasis on the sterilization of the parts which are going to contact the culture medium, the easy assembling, the sample inspection by microscopy techniques and the straightforward sample manipulation.
P3D chambers
The P3D chambers have been designed to hold porous cylindrical scaffolds subjected to perfusion culture conditions. They have been conceived as disposable chambers and are supplied in sterile ready-to-use conditions aiming to facilitate the experimental set-up building process. The chambers are composed of two parts which hold the scaffold and fix it in the right position so the flow is homogeneously distributed through its whole volume. Two sizes are available to adapt to scaffolds of different diameters and lengths.
