Anaerobic Jars

For simple culture of anaerobic and microaerophillic organisms, we have both stainless steel jars and the transparent, stackable Whitley Incubation Box, which are all robust and easy to use. The traditional stainless steel jars have a positively located lid fitted with the unique Whitley Schrader® Valve System and carrier clips for Low Temperature Catalyst Sachets.

All our jars are ideal for use with the Whitley Jar Gassing System.

Overview

Three types of jar are available –

Stainless Steel Jars for use with the Whitley Jar Gassing System:

a 9 Plate Jar with a 3 litre capacity (Order Code: A05075)
a 48 Plate Jar with a 10 litre capacity (Order Code: A05076)

Stainless Steel Jars for use with gas packs:

a 9 Plate Jar with a 3 litre capacity (Order Code: A00005)
a 48 Plate Jar with a 10 litre capacity (Order Code: A00002)

And the transparent, stackable Incubation Box (Order Code: A09740)
